Blake Lively accuses Justin Baldoni of sucking on her lips during filming in latest lawsuit

In court documents obtained by The Mirror, Blake Lively accused her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment and gave alleged examples of him acting without consent

New details have started to emerge from Blake Lively’s lawsuit against her former co-star Justin Baldoni.

Earlier this week, Lively filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Baldoni for his alleged actions on set of the film adaption of Colleen Hoover’s novel It Ends With Us. She also alleged that Baldoni tried to ruin her reputation during the marketing of the film.

Though Baldoni has denied all claims, with his lawyer calling the lawsuit “shameful,” the court documents obtained by the Mirror US describe various times that Baldoni allegedly acted inappropriately. The lawsuit alleges: “Mr. Baldoni improvised physical intimacy that had not been rehearsed, choreographed, or discussed with Ms. Lively, with no intimacy coordinator involved.”

“Mr. Baldoni discreetly bit and sucked on Ms. Lively’s lower lip during a scene in which he improvised numerous kisses on each take,” the lawsuit read, “Mr. Baldoni insisted on shooting the full scene over and over again, well beyond what would have been required on an ordinary set, and without advance notice or consent.”

Another scene was brought up where Baldoni and Lively were filming a slow dance scene where he “did not act in character” while talking to the former Gossip Girl actress. The lawsuit alleged that Baldoni “leaned forward and slowly dragged his lips from her ear and down her neck as he said, ‘it smells so good,'” something that allegedly wasn’t in the script.

Lively claimed that when she confronted Baldoni about this behavior, he told her: “I’m not even attracted to you.” She later claimed in the lawsuit that Baldoni “personally added graphic content” in the script without her consent that included her orgasming on camera.

“When Ms. Lively objected to these additions, Mr. Baldoni insisted he had added them because he was making the film ‘through the female gaze,'” the lawsuit said. Baldoni allegedly later agreed to remove these scenes.

Bryan Freedman, Baldoni’s attorney, denied all allegations and called the lawsuit a “desperate attempt to ‘fix’ her negative reputation which was garnered from her own remarks and actions during the campaign for the film; interviews and press activities that were observed publicly, in real time and unedited, which allowed for the internet to generate their own views and opinions.”

After news of the lawsuit broke, Baldoni was reportedly dropped by his talent agency WME (William Morris Endeavor) in part due to the lawsuit’s claims.
